About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. The ideal candidate will self driven and self inspired our sales team to achieve and exceed targets while developing and implementing effective sales strategies.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals
  • Coach, and motivate a dealer team to maximize performance
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Create and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management
  • Implement and manage CRM systems to track sales activities and customer interactions
  • Negotiate high-value contracts and resolve complex customer issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards
  • Continuously improve sales processes and methodologies to enhance team efficiency

Your Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Technical education in the field of construction
  • Fluency in Chinese (Conversational and technical) and Russian; knowledge of English is a plus
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
