POSITION SUMMARY: 

The digital specialist will work closely with marketing communication team, responsible for planning, implementing, and managing digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement in creativity approach. They develop content strategy for integrated communication on different digital media platforms, analyze data to measure performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and stay updated with industry trends. 

The digital specialist also ensures brand consistency and adheres to best practices and regulatory requirements in the digital marketing space. 

Overall, their role involves leveraging digital platforms and techniques to effectively reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives. Improving customer engagement by providing interactive and valuable experiences that foster meaningful connections with the brand.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. To initiate strategies for social media contents.

2. To arrange weekly meetings with TM and business unit for content idea creation.

3. To develop monthly social media contents plan.

4. To develop performance report to Marketing Communication Manager resulted from social media data, e-campaign performance, e-market research, and social listening.

5. To monitor, assess impact, and identify solution to grow target audience.
